How it all started…

Hi, I am Claire, a French mom of 3 boys, living in London since 2016.

6 years ago, and after almost a decade working as a consultant in the Financial Services sector, I have decided to give my professional career a turn and embark for a very different journey that genuinely changed my life and my vision of what realising yourself really means.

After a lot of hard work, practicing, tuning and improving my skills I can proudly say that I have now became a clothes designer! 

The passion for my boys and more generally for children has stimulated my imagination and creativity to the point that I ended up launching my own label “Meme Pas Cape” dedicated to clothes for children.

My approach is to design and make clothes for boys and girls that are comfortable to wear, affordable to buy and give our marvellous ones a little “je ne sais quoi” that will give them a unique touch.

All my creations are handmade to order. They are the result of long hours of research and prototyping to ensure not only they look good, but they also are made of natural materials and last but not least have a timeless feel.

My inspiration feeds itself from the seasons and some of the most recognisable fabric brands that I felt in love with such as Liberty.

I hope your little ones will enjoy my creations as much as I enjoyed imagining and bringing them to life!
